How many revisions do you offer in your design process?
We provide a premium custom design service, and our commitment is to ensure complete satisfaction. Revisions are an essential part of achieving our set objectives.
Our design process follows a sequential path, where we progress through stages including briefing, conceptualization, sketching, and final design. We are dedicated to accommodating all reasonable revision requests. However, once a stage is approved, we cannot backtrack. In the rare event that it does happen, there may be a fee associated with it.
Will you refund my money if i don't like your work?
If we cannot attain perfection, we will only bill you for the approved work. Therefore, until you give your approval for the preliminary design work or custome developing work that words for you, you remain entitled to a complete refund.
Who owns the copyright of my order?
The copyright of the final work belongs to you upon receiving the final payment, finished project if not stated otherwise in the contract. Usually if the contract is broken by non payment or cancellation of contract, we reserve the right to keep the rights. By default, we reserve the right to claim authorship of the artwork, source code or anything we do for you, which means that once the designs, platforms, applications or anything that we do for you or your company are made public, we can feature them in our social networks and portfolio.
Any unapproved sketch, source code or anything else we do for you and was created during your order, provided it is distinct from the final design, remains our property.
Can you keep my design project confidential?

Our work is a highly personal endeavor and demands expert skills. It's also a matter of style, and making changes could potentially compromise its overall consistency.
If, after your project is completed, you wish to make any alterations, we recommend reaching out to us to discuss your new requirements. We will make every effort to help you attain your new objectives at a minimal cost.
Which payment methods can i use for my order?
THe most common payment options are: bank transfer or PayPal. But we do also accept other way of payments you prefer as long as they are legal and we can mark them as payment under our company.
I can't afford your services.. can you offer me more affordable solutions?
